Cousins, Friends and FUNDERLAND!

Ryan and Abby spent the night last night and in my efforts to make each visit special, we made oatmeal cookies. Half with raisins (for Ryan and Uncle B) and half with chocolate chips. Since Jason was at a friend's birthday party, Ryan was the oldest therefore got to do all the big kid tasks like cracking eggs and using the mixer. He wasn't so sure and didn't want to mess up, but I assured him he was doing a great job. Caitlin and Abby took turns dumping things in and mixing. The cookies turned out great and they had a lot of fun making them.

Jason and Brian left early in the morning for their baseball road trip. Caitlin and I made plans to meet up with friends at Funderland so I brought Abby and Ryan with us for a little bit until Scott could pick them up.

ready for Funderland! Snacks, water and sunscreened three kids, man it's not easy

Abby and Ryan on the Log Ride -- I think there was water in there...at least it kept them cool!

Right before Scott picked up Abby and Ryan, Avary and Shelby joined us for some girl time! Avary is just a few months older than Caitlin and they were so cute together going from ride to ride together with big smiles on their faces. We went across the street for a picnic lunch in the park afterwards. It was a perfect, relaxing outing!

Caitlin and Avary -- so cute!

they were so little! They watched in jealousy as the other tea cups spun rapidly, there tiny arms couldn't make theirs spin
Good thing they didn't wiggle - those shoelaces of a seat belt do not look too safe. They looked pretty cute though!
So excited to drive the cars
