Jason chose to play football this year saying "soccer is boring" - this means practice M-F from 6-8pm for about 6 weeks. Pretty soon practices will go down to three nights a week and a game on Saturdays. His team is the Jr. Tigers and they represent North Natomas. Last weekend, his team attended "Jamboree" which is a 4 short scrimmage games against other teams in his league. It was a 100+ degree day and hard to tell what was going on, which I guess is how it will be until the kids (and the mom's) understand the rules of the game. Games officially start on September 12th, so I'll post more football related pics and videos then!
