We were all off for Veteran's Day and decided to take advantage of a clear morning before the rain set in for the weekend. The four of us bundled up and headed downtown to the outside ice skating rink. Caitlin started out barely being able to even stand on the ice and after about an hour and a half of determination was able to "skate" quite a ways on her own and got much better at staying on her feet while holding our hands. She even said she wants to go back again tomorrow :) At one point, the four of us were holding hands and Jason fell and his hand went right in front of Brian's skate. He got cut and then sat out for a while after we cleaned and bandaged it up. It started raining about 10 minutes after we got off the rink. We love that this outdoor rink is out every year!
