After the parade, the Hafenstein's headed up to the River House and were later joined by G&G, Auntie, Uncle Scottie, Ryan and Abby. We had fun enjoying the calm before the madness of having four kids under 7 in the same house.
Daddy put on a worthy fireworks display but was sadly interrupted by the full blown firework display off the neighbor's dock. They launched fireworks out over the river for TWO hours!!!
The next couple days were very relaxing, Jason tried out his fishing pole and was very patient. He didn't catch anything, but seemed to enjoy himself. I don't have any pictures, but he also did a great job water skiing. He got up three or four times for nearly 10 seconds. He still protests and says he doesn't like it, we're holding out that one of these times he'll change his tune. Auntie has a video, I'll post it when she sends it.
