4th of July is always fun, but this year seemed even more special. Jason being the cool, independent, almost - seven year old that he is, enjoyed his freedom from his standard rules. Since Grammy and Grandpa's street is reserved for the parade, he can roam as he pleases. He even took off during the (SLOW) parade and ended up ahead of the fire truck and back at G&G's well before the rest of us. Normally, we'd be scared and upset with him, but we decided to give him a break.
Caitlin sat very calmly in Abby's wagon (minus Abby who had a meltdown before the parade started) and watched all the people going by. Thanks Auntie for decorating our cool ride! The weather was perfect for a traditional 4th!
