I have been wanting to updated the floors and kitchen in our house for a very long time.  Unfortunately we bought in 2006 at the very top of the market so we didn't want to put a lot of money into the house when it had negative equity. The time came to make some updates. We replaced all the flooring on the first level except the laundry and bathroom, replaced the counter tops, added back splash and painted the kitchen cabinets. What an improvement! We love the changes :)
