Caitlin turned 5 on Friday, Jason turned 10 on Sunday and we were at the River House for the long weekend. We celebrated many times and the kids have had their fill of cake and presents. We're ALMOST done with the birthday festivities, next weekend Jason has his party and then that's it!
Caitlin is as girly as they come. For her birthday she got a Barbie Dream House (which goes perfectly with the numerous Barbie's and Dream Car she got at her party last weekend.) She also got a Razor Scooter, lots of clothes, Rapunzle wig and hoola hoop. The hoola hoop was the first thing she saw and ran for. I'll get video of that soon, she's a crack up to watch. She also got the unicorn Pillow Pet who she named "Sparkle".
Jason is realizing that the older you get, the presents are more about "quality over quantity". He got a X-box 360 which he's been asking for forever! His new Lincecum jersey has been on every day since he opened it and he has new video games he can't wait to play!
Both kids also got new bikes from Grammy and Grandpa, which for some reason I don't have picture of yet but they were so excited!!!!
The River House was wonderful as always. Lots of sun and swimming, boating and laughs with family.
